Orbis Studios is supplied for a single payment of $89. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payment grants you a personal, non-transferable, lifetime license to use the software, including updates for as long as you continue to use it. You may install and operate the software on machines that you own or control.

All right, title, and ownership in the software and in its source code remain with Orbis Marketing Inc. All rights are reserved. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the software or your license to any other person.

Orbis Studios is a digital product, delivered by download immediately following payment by means of a download link presented on the order confirmation page. Payment is processed by Stripe. Card details are not transmitted to, received by, or stored on our systems at any time.

Download links expire 24 hours after issue. Where a link has expired, you may return to your order confirmation page or contact us in order to re-download the software.

All sales are final once the download has begun. Orbis Studios is a digital product. Once the file has been transferred to your machine you are in possession of the software, and it cannot be returned. No refund can be issued after that point.

Customers are accordingly encouraged to raise any questions before purchasing. If you are uncertain what Orbis Studios does, what is required in order to run it, or whether it is suited to your configuration, contact us at team@orbismedia.ca prior to purchase. We would far rather answer such questions in advance than have a purchase prove unsuitable.

Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom: by completing your purchase and confirming the consent statement presented at checkout, you agree to immediate delivery and thereby waive your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)).

Orbis Studios is infrastructure rather than a hosted service. It does not include artificial intelligence compute, credits, or a subscription to any artificial intelligence provider. In order to generate images, video, or audio, you must establish accounts with providers of your choosing (for example OpenAI, Google, or fal), fund those accounts, and enter your own application programming interface (API) keys into the application’s settings.

Those keys, and any charges they incur, are your sole responsibility. Provider services are governed by the terms of the provider concerned. We are not responsible for provider availability, pricing, rate limits, or output.

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to purchases made after the date of its publication.
